United Nations World Food Programme Selects NetSupport Manager

"We have chosen Netsupport Manager for the first time in our Office in Mozambique in 2003 to remotely manage our systems where we had 5 Oracle-based servers interconnected via IP based leased lines. We used a trial version and few months later we bought the license." said Cyprien Hiniolwa L, Regional Telecommunications Officer.

"Netsupport Manager worked better than other products that we had used so far (VNC and Windows Remote Terminal Server). Its FTP feature were of great help. For offices where bandwidth was an issue, we found that Netsupport Manager was lighter and less bandwidth consuming. We saved tremendous amount of time and money and we did not need to fly to our remote sites to troubleshoot the servers since we could now do everything remotely.

When we have arrived in the Western Africa Region, we have faced the same problem of finding a good remote management software to access our 15 servers spread accross the region . We have then decided to deploy Netsupport Manager here as well further to the successful experience in Mozambique."
