Leading Shipping Service Provider Selects NetSupport Manager For Global Remote User Support
With global offices located in every major shipping port, Clarksons Plc identified the need to implement seamless desktop support to all of its remote users and desktops.
After carrying out extensive testing of the leading PC Remote Support tools, NetSupport Manager v9 was selected due to its simple integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Primarily, NSM v9 will be used to provide remote access to HQ and overseas desktops and for assisting with the inventory of all hardware.
Already, TCO has been lowered for support staff, as personal visits to users have been reduced combined with faster problem resolution when issues arise.
